CS 6553 Performance Evaluation, Fall 2002 Presentations

• You should plan to talk for 20-25 minutes.
• I will warn you when there is 10 minutes left, 5 minutes left and 2 minutes left.
• You can stop and ask for questions after 20 minutes.
• After 25 minutes I will stop you and call for questions.
• The question period will last for at most 10 minutes.
• Your talk should include:
  • Statement of problem
  • Design of the experiment
  • Analysis techniques
  • Results
• The design and analysis techniques should take of most of the time.
• Depending on when you give your presentation, it is OK to not have any results.
• Gear your talk to the level of the students in the class.
