CS 3843 Computer Organization Introduction

Skim Chapter 1
Read Chapter 2 through section 2.1.10
Understand how to convert between (both directions):

decimal and binary
binary and hexadecimal
decimal and dexadecimal

Prerequisites:

CS 2123: Data Structures in C or
CS 2213: Advanced Programming
Recitation: CS 3841: Mondays at 12 noon, and Wednesdays at 8:00 AM
Syllabus
Quizzes: almost every class period
Quizzes will cover the material from the previous classes and the reading for the current class.
